Most of productions will be delayed few weeks. Some factories will start working on February the 17th, including cities like Shenzhen and Dongguan.

Some factories and offices have already resumed working after they have received an official authorisation from local authorities.

Probably not because lot of people are still not authorized to move out of their home so they can’t go to work or they are not yet back from hometown where they have celebrated the Chinese new year.

Even if they start producing most of factories will meet 2 issues: some of their workers are not back yet, and their own suppliers are maybe not yet working.

There is a risk of lower quality because of reasons mentioned above. That is why you can book a quality inspector.
